Shipping is a critical component of the customer experience. I utilize reliable carriers to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. Typically, orders that are not commissioned/custom pieces are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times may vary based on your location. It is important to note that while I strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect shipping times.
In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, I am committed to addressing the issue promptly. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt. If damage is observed, it is essential to document the condition of the packaging and the item itself through photographs. If the item is damaged it can be refunded or replaced.
I do not accept returns on any of my prints, original, or commissioned artwork. I encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before making a purchase to ensure that they are fully informed about the artwork they are selecting. This approach helps me maintain the high standards of my collection while providing a clear understanding of my sales process.
